I have decided to dedicate myself to "shredding" myself alongside Jillian for the next 30 days. I will be keeping my thoughts, accomplishments and struggles here.

30 Days of Jillian
As I was cleaning out our DVD cabinet, I ran across Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. This unopened copy is actually the 2nd one I have purchased. About a year ago I bought a copy and after it sat unopened for 55 days I decided to return it before the 60 day return policy was up. The copy I found today, I purchased January 2nd in an attempt to start a New Years Resolution.
